Brothers Antonio and Michel De Bonis started Natart in 1988 in Rome, Italy, and later moved the business to Quebec, Canada, in 1995. Today, their family business has 40 employees who are treated like family. The De Bonis brothers lead with a positive outlook, giving their team a clear sense of purpose, and pay them well for their work. Employees are treated with respect and do not face pressure, creating a calm, supportive workplace where people can do their best work in a safe environment. The team gets ideas from places around the world, buildings, and fashion, and works to combine usefulness with good looks. Michel De Bonis designs all the company's products himself.

Many of Natart Juvenile's employees have received training at the Accredited School of Woodworking (ENME), located near the factory. The company believes that great craftsmanship is achieved through skilled artisans, state-of-the-art equipment, and a strong passion for their work.

Notre entreprise a été la première de l'industrie, il y a plus de 12 ans, à obtenir la certification volontaire Greenguard pour tous nos berceaux et commodes. Nous avons travaillé en étroite collaboration avec le laboratoire Greenguard au cours des 12 dernières années pour répondre et maintenir leurs exigences strictes en matière de très faible teneur en COV pouvant compromettre la santé du corps, de l'esprit et des poumons d'un bébé en pleine croissance.
