At Tiny Toes in Dreamland, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our combined shipping and return policy, designed to provide clarity and convenience.

Order Processing & Shipping:

Upon placing your order, you'll promptly receive a confirmation email, signalling that we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. We immediately initiate the process by confirming stock availability with our suppliers. Should any item be unavailable or on backorder, we'll promptly notify you and void the pre-authorization.

If your item(s) are ready for immediate shipment (usually within 5 business days), we'll process the charges and prepare your order. We entrust reputable carriers for all shipments, selecting the most efficient service based on your location. You can expect your package to arrive within 3-10 business days for standard shipping, with international orders potentially experiencing longer transit times due to customs processing.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Stay updated on your package's journey by using the provided tracking information, accessible on our website's chat  'Tracking Order' function.  You will receive notifications every step of the way.

Please note that not all orders are shipped together. We strive to fill each online order promptly, and to do so, some orders are shipped from multiple locations.

Tiny Toes in Dreamland has carefully selected the fastest, most reliable shipping method for all of the products on our site. Your order may ship with UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Canada Post. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, and typically, our shipping partners do not deliver on the weekends. 

In Canada, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $50 but some exceptions apply. 

Exceptions to Free Shipping Policy

Our free shipping policy excludes some areas of the country. However, free shipping is eligible for orders shipped within BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick.

Shipping to Iceland

We also offer shipping with Canada Post to Iceland.   Note to our Icelandic customers: taxes and import tariffs will be collected by Íslandspóstur on arrival.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages:

In the rare event of a lost or significantly delayed package, please contact us at customerservice@tinytoesindreamland.ca. We'll collaborate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you receive your order without further delay.

While we take utmost care in packaging your items securely, we understand accidents can happen during transit. If your package arrives with visible damage, please document it during delivery and notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the goods at customerservice@tinytoesindreamland.ca. We'll initiate the necessary steps to process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you a month to request a return after receiving your item. To qualify, ensure the item is unworn or unused, with tags in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded if approved using your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
