Order Processing & Shipping

  • Order Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. We immediately check stock availability and will notify you if any items are unavailable or back-ordered.

  • Shipping Timeline: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Canada Post. Standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days, though international orders may take longer due to customs.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using our website’s "Tracking Order" function.

  • Multiple Shipments: Some orders may arrive separately based on product availability and warehouse locations.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on orders over $49 within BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick, Canada

  • Exception to Free Shipping: Our free shipping policy excludes some areas Canada, including Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut & the following postal codes:

Furniture & Oversized Items

 

To simplify things, we offer our customers a flat shipping fee for furniture in Canada, depending on the destination and order price.  

All furniture shipments are freight shipping with lift and insured, as we want the absolute best experience for our customers.

Please note that our delivery company does not fasten our products to walls. Natart, Tulip, and Nest dressers come with straps that can be secured to studs in addition to the Anti-tip mechanism. Please ensure that a qualified person fastens these for added safety for your baby.

Exceptions to flat rate shipping fees for furniture.

Some remote or hard-to-reach areas within Canada, including postal codes starting with A*, P*, X*, and Y*, may have limited or restricted delivery options for furniture and oversized items. If you are located in such an area, we will notify you during the order processing stage and work with you to find a suitable solution. We reserve the right to cancel the order if this is not financially or logistically feasible.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us at customerservice@tinytoesindreamland.ca within 48 hours. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
