  • Multiple Shipments: Some orders may arrive separately based on product availability and warehouse locations.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on orders over $99 within BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick, Canada

Furniture & Oversized Items

Shipping furniture and oversized items within Canada may incur additional charges due to their size and weight. For example the dressers from Natart, Tulip and Nest ship fully assembled and the cribs in flat pack but only 4 panels.  Due to their quality build and solid wood construction they are heavy and require freight delivery with lift.  This explains the cost of the shipping.

To make it simple we offer our customer flat shipping fee depending on destination and order price on furniture in Canada.  

All furniture shipments are insured as we want the absolute best experience for our customers.

Please note that our delivery company do not fasten our product to walls.  Natart, Tulip and Nest dressers come with straps that can be fasten to stud in addition to the Anti-tip mechanism.  Please make sure that qualified person fasten these for added safety for your baby.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us at customerservice@tinytoesindreamland.ca within 48 hours. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

At Tiny Toes in Dreamland, we offer a 30-day return policy on all products except furniture from Natart, Tulip and Nest. 

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Car seats, travel systems, and playards
    • Furniture and mattresses
    • Teethers, pacifiers, and other personal care products
    • Opened bathing, feeding, and bathroom items
    • Diapers, training underwear, and potties
    • Clearance items and special orders
    • Assembled, modified, or used items

  2. If accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we'll make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, make a new purchase.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
