Order Processing & Shipping

• Order Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. We immediately check stock availability and will notify you if any items are unavailable or back-ordered.

• Shipping Timeline: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Canada Post. Standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days.

• Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using our website’s "Tracking Order" function.

• Multiple Shipments: Some orders may arrive separately based on product availability and warehouse locations.

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on orders over $99 within BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick, Canada.  Furniture do not qualify for the free shipping. 

• Exceptions to Free Shipping: Our free shipping policy excludes some areas of Canada, including Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut & the following postal codes:

Furniture & Oversized Items

Delivery Charges and Insurance:

Due to their size and weight, shipping furniture and oversized items within Canada may incur additional charges. For example, the dressers from Natart, Tulip, and Nest ship are fully assembled, while the cribs are flat-packed with only four panels. Due to their high-quality construction and solid wood, they are heavy and require freight delivery with a lift, which explains the shipping cost.

To simplify things, we offer our customers a flat shipping fee, depending on the destination and order value, for furniture shipped to Canada.  

All furniture shipments are freight shipping with a liftgate and insured, as we want the absolute best experience for our customers.   Exceptions to that might include the smaller items we will ship by carrier.

Please note: These prices are for curbside shipping, and you will need to have two people to carry them in, as the dressers come fully assembled. Most high-end furniture from Natart is made of solid wood, which is why it weighs over 300 pounds combined. 

If you would like Threshold delivery please contact us at customerservice@tinytoesindreamland.ca and we would be pleased to run a special quote for the shipping.  We use Freightcom.com for all our shipping needs. They have proven to offer competitive shipping rates and excellent customer service.

Please note that our delivery company does not fasten our products to walls. Natart, Tulip, and Nest dressers come with straps that can be secured to studs in addition to the Anti-tip mechanism. Please ensure that a qualified person fastens these for added safety for your baby.

Exceptions to flat rate shipping fees for furniture.

Some remote or hard-to-reach areas within Canada, including postal codes starting with A*, P*, X*, and Y*, may have limited or restricted delivery options for furniture and oversized items. If you are located in such an area, we will notify you during the order processing stage and work with you to find a suitable solution. We reserve the right to cancel the order if this is not financially or logistically feasible.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us at customerservice@tinytoesindreamland.ca within 48 hours. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Standard Items (Accessories)

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
• To start a return, email us at returns@tinytoesindreamland.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Return shipping is on us — we'll provide a prepaid return label once your return is approved.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If it's been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it reflected, contact us at returns@tinytoesindreamland.ca.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, simply return your original item following the process above, and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Sale & Clearance Items

Items purchased on sale or marked as clearance are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Furniture (Natart, Tulip, Nest, Jaymar BB)

Because furniture from Natart, Tulip, Nest, and Jaymar BB is made to order specifically for you, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, this is not a return — please refer to our Shipping Policy for the damage claims process, and contact us right away at customerservice@tinytoesindreamland.ca. We'll work with you and our shipping partner to resolve it.
