At Tiny Toes in Dreamland, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, transparent, and worry-free. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Order Cut-off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 p.m. PST. Orders placed before this time begin processing the same business day; orders placed after 5:00 p.m. PST begin processing the next business day.

Standard Items (Accessories & Smaller Products)

• Handling time: 1–2 business days
• Transit time: 3–9 business days
• Shipped via UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Canada Post
• Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email — you can also track your order anytime using the "Track Order" tool on our website
• Some orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on product availability and warehouse location

Applies to BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Labrador, and Yukon.

Areas We Currently Do Not Ship To

We do not currently offer standard shipping to the Northwest Territories or Nunavut.

Furniture & Oversized Items

Furniture from Natart, Tulip, and Nest is a little different — it's solid wood, custom-built, and shipped with extra care.

• Handling time: Most pieces are made to order, with production taking 10–12 weeks. Some items are in stock and ship within 1–2 business days. Current lead time by product is updated on our website every Friday, so you always have the most accurate estimate before you order.
• Transit time (freight, factory to customer): 7–14 business days
• Dressers arrive fully assembled; cribs are flat-packed (four panels)
• Because the furniture is solid wood, pieces can weigh 300+ lbs combined — freight delivery with a liftgate is used, and two people are recommended to carry items in
• All furniture shipments are insured
• Delivery is curbside by default. Once your order is ready, our shipping partner will contact you to arrange a delivery window

Furniture Shipping Rates (Curbside, by Order Value)

Wall Anchoring

Our delivery partners do not mount furniture to walls. Natart, Tulip, and Nest dressers include anti-tip straps for securing to wall studs — please have a qualified person install these for your child's safety.

Jaymar BB Recliners

Jaymar BB recliners ship via FedEx directly from the factory.

• Handling time: 10–15 business days (production)
• Transit time: 5 business days

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items

• Standard items: If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at customerservice@tinytoesindreamland.ca and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
• Furniture: If your shipment arrives damaged, inspect it before the delivery driver leaves. Take photos of any damaged packaging or products, note the issue on the freight paperwork, and contact us right away. All furniture shipments are insured, and we'll file the claim and manage the resolution for you.

NATART JUVENILE, TULIP, NEST JUVENILE

The furnitures from Natart Juvenile, Tulip and Nest Juvenile are custom order and can't be returned or exchanged.

Other products that are bought with these product are return and exchangeable according to our return policy

Do not expose furniture to strong sunlight, extreme changes in temperature or moisture as it may cause fading of color or damage to the unit.

Leave a 6” gap between furniture and baseboard heating or air conditioning sources. This helps to prevent overheating, drying out or discoloration.

Dust furniture with a lint-free cloth.

Clean furniture with a clean, damp cotton cloth or rag. Commercial furniture polish can lead to waxy build up and does not let the furniture breathe. Follow the grain of the wood.

Wipe up spills immediately as long term exposure of some liquids may cause discoloring of the finish.

If placing an item with rubber feet (such as a radio, CD player, TV, etc.) be sure to place a felt liner underneath. Do not use plastic as it may create a moisture pocket.

Natart Juvenile, Inc. warrants to the consumer who originally purchased this furniture item that the product will be free from manufacturing defects under normal use for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase. A verifiable copy of the retail receipt showing the date, store, model name/number and colour, as well as the purchase amount, must be submitted when making a claim under this warranty.

Natart offers a Lifetime Warranty on the Drawer Box and the Drawer Glides only for dressers produced in 2018 or later!

This warranty excludes defects arising from normal wear and tear, colour fading, or any other condition resulting from the normal passage of time. Other exclusions include damages resulting from abuse, accident, alteration, neglect, or improper assembly, delivery to the home, maintenance, storage, transportation, or use. In no instance will Natart Juvenile, Inc. be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages.

At Natart's discretion, we will repair, replace (with either an identical or comparable item), or send parts for any product or individual component within 4 months after receipt and acknowledgement of the warranty claim, along with supporting digital photos or paperwork.
