At Tiny Toes in Dreamland, we understand that shipping furniture can be a concern for our customers. That's why we have developed a shipping policy specifically for these types of products to ensure a seamless and worry-free delivery experience.

Order Processing & Shipping:

Upon placing your order for furniture, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order and are preparing it for shipment. Our team will carefully review your order and work with our suppliers to ensure that the items are in stock, in production and ready for delivery.

Due to the nature of custom furniture, the processing time may be longer than for other products if they are special orders.

  • Natart, Tulip, Nest - These brands are custom order and have a lead time of up to 12 weeks.  This varies and we will update the product pages with availabilities every Friday.

Once your order is ready for shipment, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time that is convenient for you. Our trusted shipping partners will handle the transportation of your furniture or oversized items, ensuring that they arrive safely and in pristine condition.

Delivery Process:

On the day of delivery, our shipping partner will contact you to provide a more specific delivery window. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the items. It is important to thoroughly inspect the furniture or oversized items upon arrival to ensure that they are free from any damage or defects.

If you notice any issues with the items, such as damage or defects, please notify the delivery team immediately. All shipments are insured and we will file a claim and will work with you to resolve the issue.

Delivery Charges and Insurance:

Shipping furniture and oversized items within Canada may incur additional charges due to their size and weight. For example the dressers from Natart, Tulip and Nest ship fully assembled and the cribs in flat pack but only 4 panels.  Due to their quality build and solid wood construction they are heavy and require freight delivery with lift.  This explains the cost of the shipping.

To make it simple we offer our customer flat shipping fee depending on destination and order price on furniture in Canada.  

All furniture shipments are insured as we want the absolute best experience for our customers.

Please note that our delivery company do not fasten our product to walls.  Natart, Tulip and Nest dressers come with straps that can be fasten to stud in addition to the Anti-tip mechanism.  Please make sure that qualified person fasten these for added safety for your baby.

Exceptions of flat rate shipping fee for furniture.

Some remote or hard-to-reach areas within Canada, including postal codes starting with A*, P*, X*, Y*, may have limited or restricted delivery options for furniture and oversized items. If you are located in such an area, we will notify you during the order processing stage and work with you to find a suitable solution. We reserve the right to cancel the order if this doesn't turn out to be financially or logistically feasible.

NATART JUVENILE, TULIP, NEST JUVENILE

The furnitures from Natart Juvenile, Tulip and Nest Juvenile are custom order and can't be returned or exchanged.

Other products that are bought with these product are return and exchangeable according to our return policy

  • Do not expose furniture to strong sunlight, extreme changes in temperature or moisture as it may cause fading of color or damage to the unit.
  • Leave a 6” gap between furniture and baseboard heating or air conditioning sources. This helps to prevent overheating, drying out or discoloration.
  • Dust furniture with a lint-free cloth.
  • Clean furniture with a clean, damp cotton cloth or rag. Commercial furniture polish can lead to waxy build up and does not let the furniture breathe. Follow the grain of the wood.
  • Wipe up spills immediately as long term exposure of some liquids may cause discoloring of the finish.
  • If placing an item with rubber feet (such as a radio, CD player, TV, etc.) be sure to place a felt liner underneath. Do not use plastic as it may create a moisture pocket.

Natart Juvenile, Inc. warrants to the consumer originally purchasing this furniture item that the product will be free from manufacturing defects, under normal use, for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase. A verifiable copy of the retail receipt showing the date, store, model name/number and color, as well as the purchase amount must be submitted when making a claim under this warranty.

We offer a Lifetime Warranty exclusively on the Drawer Box only and the Drawer Glides only for dressers produced in 2018 and newer!

This warranty excludes defects derived from normal wear and tear, color fading, or any other condition due to the normal passage of time. Other exclusions are damages derived from abuse, accident, alteration, neglect or improper assembly, delivery to the home, maintenance, storage, transportation or use. In no instance will Natart Juvenile, Inc. be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages.

At our discretion, we will repair, replace (with either an identical or comparable item) or send parts for any product or individual component within 4 months after both the receipt and acknowledgement of the warranty claim and supporting digital photos or paperwork.

You, the consumer, are very important to us and we appreciate your support. We analyze claims on a case by case basis, and will do our best to reasonably resolve any problems that you may have.
