We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.
Standard Items (Accessories)
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
- To start a return, email us at returns@tinytoesindreamland.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return shipping is on us — we'll provide a prepaid return label once your return is approved.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If it's been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it reflected, contact us at returns@tinytoesindreamland.ca.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, simply return your original item following the process above, and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Sale & Clearance Items
Items purchased on sale or marked as clearance are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Furniture (Natart, Tulip, Nest, Jaymar BB)
Because furniture from Natart, Tulip, Nest, and Jaymar BB is made to order specifically for you, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, this is not a return — please refer to our Shipping Policy for the damage claims process, and contact us right away at customerservice@tinytoesindreamland.ca. We'll work with you and our shipping partner to resolve it.
