At Tiny Toes in Dreamland, we understand that shipping furniture can be a concern for our customers. That's why we have developed a shipping policy specifically for these products to ensure a seamless and worry-free delivery experience.
Order Processing & Shipping:
Upon placing your order for furniture, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order and are preparing it for shipment. Our team will carefully review your order and work with our suppliers to ensure that the items are in stock, in production and ready for delivery.
Due to the nature of custom furniture, the processing time may be longer than for other products if they are special orders.

Natart, Tulip, and Nest - These brands are custom orders and have a lead time of up to 12 weeks. This varies, and we will update the product pages to reflect availability every Friday.
Once your order is ready for shipment, we will send you the tracking code. Our trusted shipping partners will transport your furniture or oversized items, ensuring that they arrive safely and in pristine condition.
Damages during transit
We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a package that has been damaged during transit. If you find that your packaging is damaged upon arrival, please take a moment to inspect the contents inside. If any items are affected or missing, don’t hesitate to reach out to us right away.
Please help us with the insurance claim by taking photos to document the damaged packaging and products. Also please, make a note on the freight paperwork before the driving leaves.

Delivery Process:
On the day of delivery, our shipping partner will contact you to provide a more specific delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the items at the delivery address. It is essential to thoroughly examine the furniture or oversized items upon arrival to ensure they are free from damage or defects.
If you notice any issues with the items, such as damage or defects, please notify the delivery team immediately. All shipments are insured, and we will file a claim and work with you to resolve the issue.
Delivery Charges and Insurance:
Due to their size and weight, shipping furniture and oversized items within Canada may incur additional charges. For example, the dressers from Natart, Tulip, and Nest ship are fully assembled, while the cribs are in a flat pack with only four panels. Due to their quality build and solid wood construction, they are heavy and require freight delivery with a lift, which explains the shipping cost.
To simplify things, we offer our customers a flat shipping fee, depending on the destination and order value, for furniture shipped to Canada.
All furniture shipments are freight shipping with lift and insured, as we want the absolute best experience for our customers.
Please note: These prices are for curbside shipping and you need to have two people to carry them in as the dressers come fully assembled and most of the highend furniture from Natart are solid wood.
If you would like Threshold delivery please contact us at customerservice@tinytoesindreamland.ca and we would be pleased to run a special quote for the shipping. We use Freightcom.com for all our shipping needs. They have proven to offer competitive shipping rates and excellent customer service.

Please note that our delivery company does not fasten our products to walls. Natart, Tulip, and Nest dressers come with straps that can be secured to studs in addition to the Anti-tip mechanism. Please ensure that a qualified person fastens these for added safety for your baby.
Exceptions to flat rate shipping fees for furniture.
Some remote or hard-to-reach areas within Canada, including postal codes starting with A*, P*, X*, and Y*, may have limited or restricted delivery options for furniture and oversized items. If you are located in such an area, we will notify you during the order processing stage and work with you to find a suitable solution. We reserve the right to cancel the order if this is not financially or logistically feasible.
