Our sensory Clutch Ball toy is designed to delight your baby's developing senses. Processing & Delivery: Furniture orders may take longer, especially custom orders (up to 12 weeks for Natart, Tulip, and Nest). Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to schedule delivery.

Delivery Fees: Furniture shipping within Canada is subject to flat rates based on order value:

Inspection & Insurance: All furniture shipments are insured. Please inspect items upon delivery and report any damage immediately to the delivery team.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us at customerservice@tinytoesindreamland.ca within 48 hours. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

At Tiny Toes in Dreamland, we offer a 30-day return policy on all products except furniture from Natart, Tulip and Nest.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we'll make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, make a new purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
