Order Processing & Shipping

• Order Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. We immediately check stock availability and will notify you if any items are unavailable or back ordered.

• Shipping Timeline: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Canada Post. Standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days, though international orders may take longer due to customs.

• Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using our website’s "Tracking Order" function.

• Multiple Shipments: Some orders may arrive separately based on product availability and warehouse locations.

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on orders over $50 within BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick, Canada

• Exception to Free Shipping: Our free shipping policy excludes some areas Canada, including Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut & the following postal codes:

Furniture & Oversized Items

• Processing & Delivery: Furniture orders may take longer, especially custom orders (up to 12 weeks for Natart, Tulip, and Nest). Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to schedule delivery.

• Delivery Fees: Furniture shipping within Canada is subject to flat rates based on order value:

  • $0.00 - $999.00: $250
  • $999.01 - $1,700.00: $400
  • $1,700.01 - $2,999.99: $550
  • $3,000.00 and up: $750
    
    

• Inspection & Insurance: All furniture shipments are insured. Please inspect items upon delivery and report any damage immediately to the delivery team.

• Exceptions: Remote areas may incur additional charges or limited delivery options. We’ll notify you if this affects your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us at customerservice@tinytoesindreamland.ca within 48 hours. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

At Tiny Toes in Dreamland, we offer a 30-day return policy on all products except furniture from Natart, Tulip and Nest. 

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• Non-returnable items include:
  • Car seats, travel systems, and playards
  • Furniture and mattresses
  • Teethers, pacifiers, and other personal care products
  • Opened bathing, feeding, and bathroom items
  • Diapers, training underwear, and potties
  • Clearance items and special orders
  • Assembled, modified, or used items
  • Gift cards

How to Return

1. Contact us at returns@tinytoesindreamland.ca to initiate your return.

2. If accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we'll make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, make a new purchase.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
