About Natart Juvenile - Italian Design & Family Run Business in Quebec, Canada

Brothers Antonio and Michel De Bonis started Natart in 1988 in Rome, Italy, and later moved the business to Quebec, Canada, in 1995. Today, their family business has 40 employees who are treated like family. The De Bonis brothers lead with a positive outlook, giving their team a clear sense of purpose, and pay them well for their work. Employees are treated with respect and do not face pressure, creating a calm, supportive workplace where people can do their best work in a safe environment. The team gets ideas from places around the world, buildings, and fashion, and works to combine usefulness with good looks. Michel De Bonis designs all the company's products himself.

Natart Juvenile takes pride in being a loyal employer and the sole North American manufacturer of juvenile furniture. The company strives to locally source the majority of its components to support the North American economy and reduce its carbon footprint.

Many of Natart Juvenile's employees have received training at the Accredited School of Woodworking (ENME), located near the factory. The company believes that great craftsmanship is achieved through skilled artisans, state-of-the-art equipment, and a strong passion for their work.
